Job Description
As a Digital Marketer at ABNO, you will be responsible for designing, executing and optimizing digital marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, brand awareness and product engagement across all business units. You will work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals and deliver measurable results
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation Campaigns
  • Plan and execute digital lead generation campaigns (email, paid ads, SEO, landing pages).
  • Manage social media accounts and run targeted awareness and conversion campaigns.
  • Track and optimize conversion funnels from impressions to lead qualification.
Content Creation & Branding
  • Design visual and written content for ads, emailers, social posts, brochures and landing pages.
  • Develop content calendars aligned with product updates, sector focus and events.
  • Maintain visual and messaging consistency across all platforms.
  • Support the enhancement of ABNO’s digital brand positioning and online reputation
Campaign Monitoring & Analytics
  • Track campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPL, conversion rates, ROAS).
  • Run A/B tests and implement data-driven optimizations.
  • Report weekly on campaign status, lead source attribution and cost per lead.
Knowledge, skills and experience required
  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, IT, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in B2B/SaaS.
  • Strong grasp of performance marketing, content strategy and automation tools.
  • Proficiency in tools like Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Canva, Mailchimp and CRM platforms.
  • Strong copywriting, design sense and campaign analysis skills.
